Overview
Miami-based creative agency Formula (www.formula.builders) is seeking an innovative recent design graduate or professional with some entry-level experience to serve on a 6-month contract in a part-time capacity as a Junior Art Director on pre-construction luxury condo developments where we serve as the creative agency of record.
Responsibilities
Develop and articulate the branding, visual style and creative direction for pre-construction luxury condo developments.
Collaborate with creative leadership to understand client objectives and project goals and translate them into innovative visual solutions.
Oversee the design process from concept to execution, ensuring all deliverables meet brand standards and project requirements.
Design the visual elements in pitches, presentation, and marketing collateral directed at securing new accounts.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing creative vision with practical constraints and deadlines.
Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the creative team.
Work directly with clients, external agencies, and vendors.
